New Paddle Returns
We built the Xcaliber Ergo to perform, but if it’s not the right fit, we get it.
You may return your paddle within 14 days of delivery, even if it’s been lightly used, as long as it meets the following conditions:

Paddle must be in good condition, with no cracks, deep scuffs, or signs of abuse

No structural modifications (e.g. sanded, reshaped, drilled, etc.)

Original packaging and accessories must be included

All returns are inspected upon arrival — refunds are not guaranteed until approved

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

A $10 return shipping fee applies unless waived
✅ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
⛔️ Paddles showing excessive wear or damage may be denied a refund.
If you modify the paddle’s structure, or face, we reserve the right to deny a return request.
Note: This policy only applies to paddles and gear purchased directly from xceler8paddles.com. Purchases made through other retailers are subject to the return policies of those sellers.
Certified Select Paddles — Final Sale
Our Certified Select Series includes paddles played for less than 14 days, then fully inspected and approved by the Xceler8 team. They offer identical performance to new, with only minor cosmetic scuffs.
Because of their discounted price and limited inventory, Certified Select paddles are final sale and non-returnable.
Non-Paddle Returns
Non-paddle products (accessories, apparel, etc.) may be returned within 14 days, if:

Unused and in original condition

Tags and packaging are intact

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
